New Ghostbusters Games From Activision Announced

<p>Activision has announced that they have secured the rights to make video games out of the upcoming Sony produced <em>Ghostbusters<&sol;em> movie&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Two titles were revealed&semi; the first title&comma; coming to consoles and PC&comma; is simply called <em>&&num;8216&semi;Ghostbusters&&num;8217&semi;<&sol;em> while the second mobile version is called <em>Ghostbusters&colon; Slime City<&sol;em>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Ghostbusters<&sol;em> for Xbox One&comma; PS4 and PC will be a third-person action role-playing game with couch co-op with up to four players locally&comma; a feature many games this generation have seemed to have abandon &period; Players will take control of a rookie <em>Ghostbuster<&sol;em> and level up their gear and abilities by taking on objectives&comma; defeating ghosts and discovering hidden collectibles that are spread around Manhattan&period; There will be four heroes to choose from&comma; and each has his or her own unique personality and play style&comma; bringing special strengths to support the team&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;104555" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-104555" style&equals;"width&colon; 710px" class&equals;"wp-caption alignnone"><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2016&sol;04&sol;03193411&sol;Ghostbusters&lowbar;Game&lowbar;2&period;jpg"><img class&equals;"wp-image-104555 size-large" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2016&sol;04&sol;03193411&sol;Ghostbusters&lowbar;Game&lowbar;2-1024x576&period;jpg" alt&equals;"Ghostbusters&lowbar;Game&lowbar;2" width&equals;"710" height&equals;"399" &sol;><&sol;a><figcaption id&equals;"caption-attachment-104555" class&equals;"wp-caption-text">&lpar;Ghostbusters&comma; Activision&rpar;<&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>&NewLine;<p><em>Ghostbusters&colon; Slime City<&sol;em>&comma; sees players as a <em>Ghostbuster<&sol;em> saving New York City from new threats&period; Players will be able to team up with others using asynchronous co-op&semi; progressing through the game will lead payers to powerful ghosts that they can collect&comma; there will also be leaderboards featured&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Ghostbusters<&sol;em> is planned to arrive on the PS4&comma;Xbox One and Windows PC via Steam on July 12&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The exact release date for <em>Ghostbusters&colon; Slime City<&sol;em> was not immediately announced&comma; but was instead given a July window&period; The game will be released on iOS and Android&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Both games will take place after the events of the upcoming movie reboot&comma; directed and co-written by Paul Feig&comma; and will release before the movie&&num;8217&semi;s July 15&comma; 2016 date&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
