It was recently announced that Mortal Kombat X is no longer getting a release on Xbox 360 and PS3, but the company has now given those disappointed gamers more of an incentive to get a PS4, Xbox One, or PC.

Warner Bros have announced that four more characters, new skins, and a new stage are coming to Mortal Kombat X in the first half of 2016. Series co-creator Ed Boon has shared the news on his Twitter.

No specifics have been given, but considering Jason Voorhees and The Predator have already been released as DLC, we could speculate that more outer-universe characters could follow.

We’ll let you know when more information is released.
