New Star Wars Battlefront 2 Trailer Showcases Single-Player Campaign

<p>This week has been a rocky one for <em>Star Wars<&sol;em> fans&period; While there was some cool news with Ron Howard&&num;8217&semi;s <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;bagogames&period;com&sol;ron-howard-teases-tag-bink&sol;">inclusion of Tag and Bink<&sol;a> in the newly titled <em>Solo&colon; A Star Wars Story<&sol;em>&comma; the <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;bagogames&period;com&sol;ea-closing-visceral-games&sol;">closing of Visceral<&sol;a> by EA and shifting of the single-player <em>Star Wars<&sol;em> game they were working on was a pretty big downer&period; Continuing on the <em>Star Wars<&sol;em> roller coaster ride of the week however comes a new trailer from EA and DICE showing off the single-player campaign in <em>Battlefront 2<&sol;em>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><iframe width&equals;"560" height&equals;"315" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;youtube&period;com&sol;embed&sol;FNUTWw17rkM" frameborder&equals;"0" allowfullscreen><&sol;iframe><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The story for <em>Battlefront 2<&sol;em> takes place between <em>Return of the Jedi<&sol;em>&comma; and <em>The Force Awakens<&sol;em>&period; It focuses on an Imperial Commander&comma; Iden Versio&comma; and her role with the Empire after the Emperor has been slain and the Empire is collapsing&period; The trailer focuses on her interactions with what remains of the Empire as they work to strike at the Rebels for what they&&num;8217&semi;ve done&period; It definitely shows how EA and DICE are working to bridge the worlds of the classic trilogy and the new one&period; In the trailer you see Luke and Leia&comma; as well as Kylo Ren and Maz Kanata&comma; but also some interesting locations such as Naboo&period; It will be interesting to see what they do to bridge the worlds and stories&comma; but it is exciting as this will be considered canon&comma; so it will be great to dive into for any <em>Star Wars<&sol;em> fan&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;130704" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-130704" style&equals;"width&colon; 1000px" class&equals;"wp-caption aligncenter"><img class&equals;"size-large wp-image-130704" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2017&sol;10&sol;19125718&sol;eaplay&lowbar;ss5&lowbar;sp&lowbar;fondor&lowbar;wm-1024x576&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" width&equals;"1000" height&equals;"563" &sol;><figcaption id&equals;"caption-attachment-130704" class&equals;"wp-caption-text">Star Wars Battlefront 2&comma; EA<&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>&NewLine;<p><em>Star Wars Battlefront 2<&sol;em> launches on November 17&comma; and brings with it a host of playing options&period; The single-player campaign looks to quell some of the criticism from the launch of the first game&comma; but it is of course followed by plenty of multiplayer options&period; There are even some split-screen options for local multiplayer if you&&num;8217&semi;re looking for some couch co-op action&period; Are you looking forward to <em>Battlefront 2<&sol;em>&quest; Will you play the campaign right away&comma; or just dive into the multiplayer&quest; Let us know in the comments below&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&colon; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;youtube&period;com&sol;watch&quest;time&lowbar;continue&equals;81&amp&semi;v&equals;FNUTWw17rkM">EA YouTube Channel<&sol;a><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
