A Tales of mobile spinoff, Tales of Link, is now available on iOS and Android platforms.
Tales of Link, the new free-to-play entry in the Tales of series, brings nine characters from the series’ history to battle the demons from the Seed of Ruin. Unlike other titles, this uses a bite sized version of the series’ battle system through “touch-link.” By using touch, you can link combos to defeat opponents.
Set in a world that is protected by the “Seal of the Holy Shrine,” the heroes of the Tales of series have to protect its people as well as heaven and earth from the demons that have been unleashed from the “Seed of Ruin.” Shiori Mikami, Ai Nonanka, Aya Endo, and Seiichi Morita have returned to voice their characters.
Some of the characters from the Tales of games include: Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia, Yuri from Tales of Vesperia, and Asbel from Tales of Graces f. Many more are involved in the battle too.
Ever since its inception with the first release of Tales of Phantasia from 1995, the game has shipped over 16 million copies in over 100 countries and regions. The most recent console release is Tales of Zestiria. You can check out our review of it here.
