News – Child of Eden Release Date

<p>The critically acclaimed game Rez developed by mastermind Tetsuya Mizuguchi and Ubisoft wowed audiences alike&period; When news broke that Mr&period; Mizuguchi&comma; Q Games development studio&comma; and publisher Ubisoft were teaming up yet again to bring another Rez inspired game it created a lot of buzz&period; Well the buzz is over&comma; the game has been given a firm release date in summer of this year&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Expect Child of Eden to be hitting stores on June 14&comma; 2011 and no later than June 17&comma; 2011 in the UK and Europe&period; It will be available for both the Xbox 360 and PS3&period; Child of Eden will be playable on Microsoft&&num;8217&semi;s new motion sensor technology Kinect and will also function with Sony&&num;8217&semi;s version of the technology called Playstation Move&period; The game will also work with normal controllers if you&&num;8217&semi;re like me and don&&num;8217&semi;t like having to dance around like a chicken while playing video games&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In a past interview with IGN during last years E3 conference&comma; developer Tetsuya Mizuguchi said of Child of Eden that&comma; &&num;8220&semi;This is a new frontier&&num;8230&semi;&&num;8221&semi;&comma; and that the game should not be considered Rez 2 or a direct sequel to Rez but a standalone game on it&&num;8217&semi;s own&period; He refers to Child of Eden as a drama&comma; and not so much a rail shooter and points to it&&num;8217&semi;s deep story&period; But all and all&comma; the game is very similar to Rez almost to the tee and it will be up to players to decide whose telling the truth&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;1417" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-1417" style&equals;"width&colon; 480px" class&equals;"wp-caption aligncenter"><img class&equals;" wp-image-1417" title&equals;"child-of-eden-game-e3-2010-news-and-release-date" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2011&sol;03&sol;child-of-eden-game-artwork-e3-2010-ubisoft-large&period;jpg" alt&equals;"Child of Eden news and release date for Xbox 360 and PS3" width&equals;"480" height&equals;"360" &sol;><figcaption id&equals;"caption-attachment-1417" class&equals;"wp-caption-text">Child of Eden image released at E3 2010<&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
