News – Disgaea 4 Coming to United States This September

<p>Fans of the <em>Disgaea<&sol;em> series should be happy to hear this news&period; NIS America revealed in their latest newsletter that Disgaea 4 will be making a United States debut in September of this year&period; They also announced that Europe should expect the title sometime in fall of this year&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Disgaea 4 <&sol;em>tells the story of a disgruntled vampire boy named Valbatoze&comma; who in the past was a great and powerful tyrant but has since lost much of his power and has been designated a lowly warden and caretaker of the Netherworld prison&period; The Netherworld is the main plot setting for the <em>Disgaea<&sol;em> series&period; Valbatoze&comma; with the help of his trusted henchman Fenrich&comma; a wolf-like boy&comma; and a school girl named Fuuka set out to overthrow the lords of the Netherworld in an effort to make himself the Overlord&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>NIS America also announced that the United States release will include some new characters&comma; story elements&comma; and additional user generated content&period; If you&&num;8217&semi;re interested NIS America has set up an online competition whereas players can submit ideas for the names of new skills&comma; weapons&comma; and for a new NPC character&period; Players can submit their suggestions to the <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;disgaea&period;us&sol;d4&sol;news&sol;contest&sol;">official Disgaea 4 website<&sol;a> from now through April 21&comma; 2011&period; NIS America will choose three user submissions to include in the game&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Disgaea 4 should be making it&&num;8217&semi;s debut this September in the United States and will be sold exclusively for the Playstation 3&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In the meantime check out the original launch trailer for <em>Disgaea 4&colon; A Promise Unforgotten<&sol;em>&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><center><iframe title&equals;"YouTube video player" src&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;youtube&period;com&sol;embed&sol;PsdxO-xZgDQ" frameborder&equals;"0" width&equals;"480" height&equals;"390"><&sol;iframe><&sol;center><&sol;p>&NewLine;
