Alain Corre, European chief for Ubisoft told a source that the pre-orders for both Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed IV has surpassed those versions of this generation of consoles. Corre says it has been eight years for both Sony and Microsoft to bring forth a new console and so Ubisoft is just as excited as new generation pre-order players who are fans of Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed IV.
“There is a real appetite for change. We’ll have a better idea of just how hungry players are for new consoles when the Xbox One and PS4 launch this holiday season,” said Corre.
Perhaps now is the definite time to one-up a console because pretty soon the power of the next generation will be whooping the butt out of something else.
