The third and final DLC pack for Rise of the Tomb Raider, Cold Darkness Awakened, is coming to both Xbox platforms and PC on March 29th. The DLC is priced at $9.99.
“Cold Darkness Awakened takes Lara to a decommissioned Cold War research base, which holds a dark past that has been unleashed into the Siberian wilderness. As a deadly affliction spreads, Trinity soldiers transform into bloodthirsty killers who thrive on carnage. Lara must rely on her wits, physical agility, and crafting abilities to overcome this new enemy and shut down the decommissioned base.”
Previous downloadable content for last year’s Xbox-exclusive included an Endurance Mode and Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch. The latter had Lara investigating myths about Baba Yaga, a witch that may or may not have been haunting the Wicked Vale. It was priced similarly as Cold Darkness Awakened. All three packs can be downloaded, including additional weapons and outfits, as part of the Rise of the Tomb Raider Season Pass, for $29.99
