Night Light Interactive co-founder Michael Bellavia has confirmed to us that the studio is currently in early development on a Whispering Willows sequel.
When we asked Bellavia about when we will hear more about their upcoming project, Nomad, he replied, “We are already in early stages of development on a couple of other titles, as well as early development on a Whispering Willows sequel.” You can check out our interview with Michael Bellavia here.
Whispering Willows came out earlier this month for the PS4 and Vita with the help of LOOT Interactive’s porting expertise. The PC, Mac, and Linux versions were released on July 9th, 2014 after its initial release in January for OUYA. The game was originally crowdfunded for $20,427 and the KickStarter members, according to Bellavia, “in many cases their opinions helped shaped the direction [they] took.”
Whispering Willows is set to release on Wii U and Xbox One later this Summer. Mobile releases for the game are also planned.
