According to a talk during the Nintendo World Report Podcast Telethon for the Child’s Play Charity, Nintendo’s Damon Baker, the Senior Manager of Licensing and Marketing, stated a new announcement will be revealed on Monday, December 7th.
What will this announcement entail? There has been no official reason given but we have a few guesses: With the lack of a Zelda U World Premiere Trailer given at this year’s Game Awards, perhaps Nintendo wished to release the official trailer separately. Or there may be a new game being launched for the Holiday Season. Perhaps even a new franchise will be announced, or perhaps the Nintendo mobile titles will be released.
