Eagle-eyed gamers have spotted a nod to the upcoming Advanced Warfare game in the Nemesis DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts. In a small office on the northern side of the Showtime map, there is a poster for a place called the Guilin Bai Lan Resort. This is the same location that is featured in Advanced Warfare’s recently revealed Retreat map. Compare the image above to this IGN video and you can see the similarities.
So is this simply a cool secret for fans. or does it perhaps means something more? Call of Duty: Ghosts broke away from the Modern Warfare series and is set in a different timeline. Could this poster mean that Ghosts and Advanced Warfare take place in the same universe?
