No More DLC for Skyrim As Bethesda Moves On to Next Project

<p>It&&num;8217&semi;s been about a year and a half since Bethesda released <em>The Elder Scrolls V&colon; Skyrim<&sol;em>&period; Since then&comma; the title has received patches&comma; updates&comma; Kinect Support and three DLC add-ons &&num;8212&semi;<em>Dawnguard<&sol;em>&comma; <em>Hearthfire<&sol;em>&comma; <em>Dragonborn<&sol;em>&&num;8212&semi; but now it&&num;8217&semi;s time for the team at Bethesda to <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;bethblog&period;com&sol;2013&sol;04&sol;15&sol;moving-to-our-next-adventure&sol;">move on to their next project<&sol;a>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;For the last year and a half we’ve been working on new content for <em>Skyrim<&sol;em>&semi; from the game updates&comma; Creation Kit&comma; Steam Workshop&comma; Kinect support&comma; to DLCs&period; Parts of our team have also been in pre-production on our next major project&comma; and that game is at the point where it requires the studio’s full attention to make it our biggest and best work yet&comma;&&num;8221&semi; reads the blog post on Bethblog&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;Even though we’re moving on&comma; we’ll still have minor updates to <em>Skyrim<&sol;em> as needed&period; We’ve invested so much of ourselves into Skyrim and will never truly say goodbye to it&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The minor updates for <em>Skyrim<&sol;em> may end up being no more than bug fixes&comma; but would you rather Bethesda continue to add new content to <em>Skyrim<&sol;em> or work on their next game&quest; I&&num;8217&semi;m sure there are other&comma; like myself&comma; who eagerly await their next project&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&lbrace;Source&colon; <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;bethblog&period;com&sol;2013&sol;04&sol;15&sol;moving-to-our-next-adventure&sol;">Bethblog<&sol;a>&rcub;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
