Northgard Leaves Steam Early Access March 7th

March 7th, 2018 marks the end of Northgard‘s Early Access period. The official release of the Viking strategy game includes a new campaign, adding to the currently available repertoire of six clans, along with additional single and multiplayer modes. It will be priced at  €27.99 / $29.99 / £23.79 on Steam.

Northgard‘s added campaign follows the story of Rig across eleven chapters as he sets on a journey to avenge his father’s murder. He also plans to investigate the theft of the Regal Horn. This pursuit brings Rig into contact with Hagen, the thief, and Brand, Rig’s trustworthy friend. In typical video game fashion, this personal journey is reframed under the notion of a larger overarching threat.
