It has came to light that Level-5 (Creators of Inazuma Eleven and Professor. Layton) is being sued by Sega (fast blue hedgehog-thing with annoying sidekick) due to a mechanic where players came control characters through “a finger/pen” in Level 5’s Inazuma Eleven.

Although Level-5 are using the touchscreen on the Nintendo DS, Sega is claiming that the company is violating two patents are are seeking 900 Million yen (£6.8 million) in damages.

Who do you think will emerge victorious? Sega or Level-5?
