Oddworld Inhabitants has announced that a HD version of Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee will be released on the European PlayStation Store on 19th December at a price of €8.99/£7.99. A North American release date has yet to be confirmed.
Originally released on Xbox, Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee was the third game by Oddworld Inhabitants, the developer behind classic platformers Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee and Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus.
This rerelease of the game has been developed by Just Add Water and features high-definition visuals, unlockable concept art, new audio, and a revised control system designed especially for the PS3. A Vita release is also planned.
