Although Origin has been available on the Mac platform for many months now (originally launching last September) it has just been made available as an official launch.
This finally allows Mac owners to upload game saves to the cloud, communicate with fellow gamers and friends and play their Origin library of titles.
EA also announced that select EA titles will also feature cross-platform play between PC and Mac owners in the future also.
