<p>The next-gen Kinect system that comes packaged with every Xbox One may also see a PC release at some point in its future, reports <a href="http://www.polygon.com/2013/5/22/4354472/next-generation-kinect-will-eventually-see-a-release-on-windows-pc">Polygon</a>.</p>
<p>When speaking to Ben Kilgore, the corporate vice president of interactive entertainment business at Microsoft, he confirmed that the Kinect will release for the PC &#8216;at some point down the line.&#8217;</p>
<p>As it stands right now, all Xbox One consoles will require the Kinect to be connected in order to function. When the Kinect does come to the PC, will Kinect enabled games refuse to function unless the camera is connected?</p>
