Revaled on yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, you can now purchase the three Pikmin movies created by Shigeru Miyamoto. The shorts were created for this year’s Tokyo International Film Festival are are about 20 minutes long each. You’ll be able to watch then in 3D on the 3DS or in HD on the Wii U. All three of the shorts are bundled together and can be bought for $5. Unfortunately you’ll have to buy two packs if you want them on both Wii U and 3DS.
Miyamoto also announced that Nintendo is planning to release a demo for Pikmin 3. Your progress in the demo will be carried over to the full game if you choose to buy it so there’s no reason not to check the game out.
