With the new released footage, PlanetSide 2 is looking to redefine what we know of shooters. Their vision of having thousands upon thousands players brawling it out in a persistent world is beyond unbelievable. The video goes on to show the infantry, air, and vehicle combat. With large expansive maps and a leveling up system, no one should have to look for another shooter. The only concern for people as of now is the chance of major lag. That is going to be a major hurdle for them and let’s see if they can pull it off.
