<p>We reported in the past that <a title="Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance DLC Will Include VR Missions &; Side Stories" href="https://bagogames.com/metal-gear-rising-revengeance-dlc-include-vr-missions-side-stories/"><em>Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance</em> would see some DLC in the form of optional VR Missions</a>, but no specific information had come up. Today, however, via the <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/02/04/metal-gear-rising-gets-exclusive-vr-missions-on-ps3/">PlayStation Blog</a>, we now know that the PS3 version of the game will receive 30 exclusive missions for <a class="zem_slink" title="Raiden (Metal Gear)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raiden_%28Metal_Gear%29" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">Raiden</a> to get some more use out of his Cyborg body.</p>
<p>As you may have already guessed, the VR Missions will test Raiden in combat, stealth and tactical maneuvers and are said to be inspired &#8211;appearance-wise&#8211; by the original <em><a class="zem_slink" title="Metal Gear Solid" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_Gear_Solid" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions</a></em>. Furthermore, players will be able to take control of Dwarf Gekko; who has been said to be a much loved/hated character in the <em>Metal Gear</em> Universe. The option to play as this character is currently being called a &#8216;twist&#8217;.</p>
<p>Pricing for the VR Missions are to be detailed at a later date, but <em>Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance</em> is fast approaching its February 19th release date.</p>
