Apparently Sony is set to reveal an e-book app/service at E3, entitled Storyteller to allow PS3 owners to view books and other readable materials. This may also extend to Vita players. Content will be made accessible via the PlayStation Store with an supposed focus on children’s books.

On top of this, the device may include cloud gaming with OnLive or Gaikai as service providers.

Does reading novels on the PS3 appeal to you? Will Crime and Punishment be more gripping now that you can use a control to navigate through it? Or does this proposal just leave you confused? Share your thoughts and let us know!
