Nintendo has confirmed that Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be receiving a brand-new event in Japan.
Running from January 17 to March 1, 2015, players can head down to a Pokémon Center in the region — all stores are participating in the event, by the way — and receive a mystery Pokémon egg for their respective title.
Additionally, a new egg can be download each week until the event ends in March — two eggs for people using both Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire — meaning there’s more than enough time to collect all of the different Pokémon available.
According to Serbeii, the event revolves around five new Mega Evolutions introduced in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, which consists of Bagon, Carvanha, Numel, Ralts and Swablu.
