Nintendo has released a few new screenshots and art work for the starter Pokemon for the upcoming Pokemon X and Y.
Pokemon fans do have a lot to look forward to with this new entry. For the first time ever a mainline Pokemon game will have 3D exploration, and a 3D battle system. Aside from the revamped graphical look Game Freak seems to be bringing back a few old friends. With Magikarp, Pikachu, and Psyduck making appearances in the trailer perhaps this means the game will be taking place in either the Kanto or Johto regions.
There are some rumors of some deep online connectivity, but until further information is released we will just treat the topic as wishful thinking.
We will keep you up to date with any new Pokemon X and Y information is released up until the October 2013 release date.
