PS4 Won’t Be Delayed Into 2014

As soon one journalist realised that ‘Holiday season’ can spread out into 2014 in regards to exactly when the PlayStation 4 will launch there was immediate panic in regards as to when European gamers could expect to get their hands on Sony’s next generation console.

Looking back at the PlayStation 3’s launch, European countries were the last to get their hands on Sony’s machine which has obviously left a bad taste in the mouth of PAL gamers who could only sit back and watch as our friends across the world began playing their new console.

However, a recent report from CVG has hinted that Sony will NOT delay the European launch of the PlayStation 4 into 2014. This comes from an insider who spoke to CVG directly.

According to the source, Sony is anticipating an aggressive stance from Microsoft in regards to the PAL market, as a result of the PS4 being the first-generation machine revealed which is a good point due to how large the PAL area is and thus how much potential revenue can be generated from it.

Do you think this is the case? Will Sony make sure that we all can get our hands on the PS4 before Christmas?
