If you have been feeling the winter blues and are looking for something to play on the 3DS until new games come out later this month, there may be a solution. Atlus’ Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology for the Nintendo 2DS/ 3DS is launching in North America on February 13th and in Europe on February 16th. Yet, you won’t have to wait that long to try out this journey. A free demo is available through the Nintendo eShop for anyone who wishes to try this story out.
Vainqueur is in terrible trouble as the land is turning to ruin by transforming into sand. The tension among the people has produced war for the parts of the land that still flourish. Stocke is an agent of Alistel and is sent out on a mission which leads to his discovery of the White Chronicle’s power. And so it is up to Stocke to correct the past wrongs to save the future of his world. During his journey, Stocke meets Nemesia who unveils a THIRD timeline allowing them to try out “what-if” scenarios.
Two separate modes: Perfect and Append allow players to experience both the original story and the brand-new story. According to the Nintendo website: “Append mode allows you to beat the original game before having the option to start a New Game+ with the added content, while Perfect mode lets you play through the game with the inclusion of the new content from the beginning.”
