Rainbow Six: Patriots had a pretty good debut trailer come out about a year ago, but since then, next to nothing has been heard from the title; and that sometimes means bad things. Fortunately though, when speaking to Polygon, Ubisoft’s CEO Yves Guillemot confirmed that Patriots was still in development, there’s a good team working on it, and when it finally reveals itself in full, the industry will be a bit surprised. He also noted that the title has a chance to go next-gen.
So there you go, if you were worried about Rainbow Six: Patriots being cancelled or in development hell, maybe this will put your mind at ease. And hey, you still have that initial trailer to watch, right? Remember how good that looked?
