A new gameplay walkthrough has come out for Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus. Insomniac Creative Director Brian Allgeier provides commentary on the video, as we’re introduced to the world, a bit of plot and some new weapons like the Vortex Grenade, Nightmare Box, and Winterizer which, as Allgeier describes it, puts out ‘holiday cheer’ and turns your enemies into snowmen. That’s perfect, considering the game is set to come out during the holiday season.
The game will also deal with gravity, as evidenced by the Grav-Tether item Ratchet can use and Clank specific sections that take him into Nexus Points, where he has full control of gravity.
Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus is a single-player epilogue to the Ratchet & Clank Future games and, as said before is set to release this holiday season.
