This morning, both NeoGAF and Polygon captured screenshots from Redbox.com which listed next-gen titles coming to the online service as early as tomorrow, March 25th. Since those sites started reporting on this information, Redbox has taken down the coming soon images.

Prior to the listings being removed, these Wii U games were listed as being available to rent tomorrow: Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Super Luigi Bros. U and Lego City Undercover. There also was a listing for the first week of April which had versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag and Thief available for both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Many gamers have been wondering when Redbox would catch up to their competitors in the rental space. This appears to be the first sign that Redbox is about to make the leap to next-gen gaming.
