Release Date Revealed For New Star Trek Game

<p>Paramount Pictures and Namco Bandai have announced that the upcoming <em>Star Trek<&sol;em> will be released on 26th April 2013&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Set in the rebooted universe of the recent movie&comma; <em>Star Trek<&sol;em> will be available on PS3&comma; Xbox 360 and PC&comma; and according to a press release&comma; the game&&num;8217&semi;s preorder program will be &&num;8220&semi;starting in the coming weeks&&num;8221&semi;&comma; and all pre-orders will include &&num;8220&semi;access to the Elite Officer Pack&comma; which features exclusive items and unique uniforms for legendary characters Kirk and Spock&&num;8221&semi;&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The press release goes on to list the contents of the Elite Officer Pack as&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&ast; Stealth Pack – Kirk and Spock stealth uniforms&comma; plus Starfleet Type IV Stealth Sniper Rifle and extra ammo<br &sol;>&NewLine;&ast; Brawler Pack – Kirk leather jacket costume and Spock Vulcan Science Academy costume<br &sol;>&NewLine;&ast; Kelvin Pack – Kirk and Spock  U&period;S&period;S&period; Kelvin uniforms&comma; plus  U&period;S&period;S&period; Kelvin Hand Phaser<br &sol;>&NewLine;&ast; Academy Pack – Kirk Academy Uniform&comma; Spock Officer Dress Uniform&comma; plus Academy Phaser<br &sol;>&NewLine;&ast; Kobayashi Maru Pack – Kirk and Spock  Kobayashi Maru uniforms<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Star Trek<&sol;em> will see Chris Pine&comma; Zachary Quinto&comma; Karl Urban&comma; Simon Pegg and others reprising their roles from the movie&comma; while the game boasts a story created by BAFTA award winner Marianne Krawczyk&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
