<p>It seems like a strange decision after the success of <a class="zem_slink" title="Resident Evil 4" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resident_Evil_4" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">Resident Evil 4</a>’s Wii Remote control scheme was a success among fans but Capcom have confirmed that the port of the 3DS hit, <a class="zem_slink" title="Resident Evil Revelations" href="http://www.residentevil.com/revelations/index.php" target="_blank" rel="homepage">Resident Evil: Revelations</a>, will NOT support Wii Remote controls on the Nintendo Wii U console.</p>
<p>The official statement from Mikeeb, a member of Capcom’s marketing team states:</p>
<p>&#8220;Unfortunately Revs is only supported by the Wii-U gamepad at the moment. We&#8217;re doing what we can to get the new classic controller compatibility, but the game&#8217;s not setup to track motions from the Wii-remote at this time,&#8221;</p>
