Capcom has just confirmed that rumors of Resident Evil: Revelations coming to consoles are true. The game takes place between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, and focuses on Jill and her partner Parker, who are trapped on an abandoned cruise ship. Chris and his partner Jessica are out searching for Jill, and together the two teams will try to reveal the truth about the T-Abyss virus.
Resident Evil: Revelations, which is considered to be the best looking game for the Nintendo 3DS, is going to have improved HD graphics, enhanced lighting effects, and the sound is going to be more immersive. Not just content with these enhancements, Capcom has also stated that there will be a new enemy, an extra difficulty mode, and improvements to Raid mode- like the ability to play as Hunk and unlock new weapons.
Resident Evil Revelations is going to be available for digital download for the PlayStation 3 and PC on May 21 for $49.99, and will be available for the Xbox 360 and Wii U at a later date.
