Square Enix have released a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, which reveals more from Birth By Sleep 0.2 and X Back Cover in Unreal Engine 4.
Included is new gameplay from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep 0.2, which has Aqua taking on heartless in what seems like a dark version of Cinderella’s Castle of Dreams. She is using Thundaga and Blizzaga in this trailer.
Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover is given more detail. With some stunning imagery, Daybreak Town from Unchained X comes to life. There is a falling out within the Foretellers, as they are trying to figure out how to stop the Keyblade War from occurring. Also, a mysterious figure is thrown into the mix, with an Organization XIII hood. What is he up to? If you are a fan of Unchained X, you will also notice a few character inclusions here and there.
The collection has been announced to be releasing sometime in December for a worldwide release, which is a first in series history.
However, this trailer resolves in what may seem like a disappointing way for some, as Kingdom Hearts III is teased to have announcements during the winter. Does this mean we will have no announcements for KH3 during E3? We will have to wait and see.
