Rockstar Recommends Not Installing GTAV’s Xbox 360 ‘Play’ Disc

<p>Well&comma; better to know what to do and what not to do before the game comes out&comma; as <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;twitter&period;com&sol;RockstarSupport&sol;status&sol;379493174768439296">Rockstar&comma; in a response to a question on Twitter<&sol;a>&comma; is advising players to not install <em>Grand Theft Auto V<&sol;em>&&num;8216&semi;s &&num;8216&semi;Play&&num;8217&semi; disc to the 360 Hard Drive&period; If you weren&&num;8217&semi;t aware already&comma; <em>GTAV<&sol;em> comes on two discs on the Xbox 360&comma; one that requires an install and another that allows you to play the game&period; Normally&comma; installing a game helps with load times and performance&comma; but in the case of <em>GTAV<&sol;em>&comma; it would seem that installing the &&num;8216&semi;Play&&num;8217&semi; disc will have a negative affect on the game&&num;8217&semi;s performance&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Said Rockstar&comma; &&num;8220&semi;For optimal performance&comma; we recommend not installing that disc&period; We will have more info on our Support Site at launch&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>GTAV<&sol;em> comes out in less than 12 hours&period; So in your haste to play the game&comma; remember this little piece of advice from Rockstar&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
