Platformer shoot ‘em up Rogue Stormers will hit Steam on 24th March 2016, Black Forest Games have announced.
Described as a “Contra/Metal Slug mash-up” by its developer, the arcade-style shooter offers single and co-operative gameplay. Along with this, it offers procedurally-generated missions, various guns, power ups and maniacal characters expected from the genre.
Previously going by the name DieselStormers, developer Black Forest Games were forced to make the name change over legal issues regarding a dispute by fashion brand Diesel over a trademark attempt on the name.
Rogue Stormers retails for $19.99, with a 10% discount for those who purchase the game during its first week on sale.
Rogue Stormers is set to release on 24th March 2016 on Steam.
