There’s been a lot of excitement surrounding GTA 5 ever since that man who lives in Mexico City captured some awesome pics of a commercial being filmed about the game. Of course, what’s excitement without a new rumor floating around? Well, this week’s juicy rumor surrounds the PC version of the game and the German retail websites Amazon Germany and GamesOnly who have both listed it. GamesOnly also put up a nice tease about a special edition version of the game.
The special edition version of GTA 5 would include:
- SteelBook with exclusive artwork
- World map
- Stunt-planes challenges
- Online-store concessions
- Bonus outfits
- Bonus tattoos
- Special abilities booster
- Exclusive weapons
This teaser apparently has been yanked just as fast as it went up; however, a representative from the GamesOnly site did confirm that an edition like that did exist to a member of a GTA fan boy site which is called GTA-extreme.de. The statement by the rep. said, “We can confirm that the content, as it is stated in the item description is correct.”
Release day for GTA 5 will be September 17 and that will be worldwide for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
