Scarlet Nexus is an upcoming game from Bandai Namco. Set in a far distant future, the game explores humans with psionic abilities who have to defend the world from brain-eating monsters known as Others. You will play as either Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Rendall. Both are part of the Others Suppression Force (OSF), humanity’s last line of defense.

A full anime adaption is in the works as well. It is set to air this summer. Like the game, it revolves around the two main characters, Yuito and Kasane.
After the OSF saved Yuito Sumeragi (voiced by Junya Enoki) as a child, he began to admire them. For the next few years, he worked hard and eventually voluntarily enlisted. Yuito was born into an elite family with a direct lineage to the founding father of New Himuka, Yakumo Sumeragi. He’s strong and kind and possesses psychokinesis or the ability to move objects with his mind.
Adopted by the prestigious Randall family, Kasane (voiced by Asami Seto) joined the Other Suppression Force Training School, graduating top of her class. She has a very strong love and sense of attachment for her older sister Naomi. Kasane is cool and rational, but sometimes misunderstands things. Her power is psychokinesis.
Coming Soon
Scarlet Nexus will launch on June 25. It will be available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. In Japan the game will launch a day early on June 24. The game will be available both digitally and physically for $59.99, and there will be a $79.99 digital Deluxe Edition as well.
