Although Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed has been available to console owners for some time now, many people were wondering when, if at all, the handheld version would be launching on the Nintendo 3DS after SEGA confirmed a version of their kart racing-transforming whilst driving/sailing/flying-game would be available on the platform.
Turns out, that the title will launch this Friday (the 8th February) in Europe and next Tuesday (the 12th February) in North America after SEGA confirmed the good news through its website.
The great thing about the Nintendon 3DS version is, like Mario Kart 7, single-cart play which allows up to eight players to enjoy the games multiplayer mode as long as just one person owns the game. The title on Nintendo 3DS also supports StreetPass challenges for extra content!
Will you be picking up the handheld version?
