‘Shiro SAGISU Music from “Shin Evangelion” Evangelion: 3.0+1.0’ Soundtrack Album Available Now

Milan Records recently released ‘Shiro SAGISU Music from “Shin Evangelion” Evangelion: 3.0+1.0‘ soundtrack album by composer Shiro Sagisu (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Rebuild Of Evangelion, Shin Godzilla). Available everywhere now, the album features music written by Sagisu for the fourth and final movie of the REBUILD OF EVANGELION series. The album is the latest musical release from the film, following Milan Records’ release of Hikaru Utada’s “One Last Kiss,” which serves as the film’s theme song. Directed by Hideaki Anno, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time is now streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories.

Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Synopsis:

The fourth and final installment of the REBUILD OF EVANGELION film series. Misato and her anti-Nerv group Wille arrive in Paris, a city now red from core-ization. Crew from the flagship Wunder land on a containment tower. They only have 720 seconds to restore the city. When a horde of Nerv Evas appear, Mari’s improved Eva Unit 8 must intercept. Meanwhile, Shinji, Asuka, and Rei wander around Japan.

About Shiro Sagisu

Born in Tokyo in 1957, Shiro SAGISU is a composer, arranger, and music producer who has been at the forefront of the music industry for almost 40 years since his participation in The Square’s major label debut in 1978. He has worked on hundreds of thousands of songs with artists in a wide range of genres, from the idol song era of the early ‘80s to the recent J-Pop and classical crossover and has also been active in the field of film, TV and other visual music. In addition to this, he is constantly producing a huge number of hit projects.

He has been active in Europe since the 1990s, running clubs in Paris and composing music for British and French artists. He was also the first Japanese composer to direct music for a Korean film. His combination with Hideaki Anno, which has lasted for more than a quarter of a century, has many enthusiastic fans around the world. In addition, following in the footsteps of his father, Soji Ushio (1921-2004), he leads Pee Productions and manages the company’s productions. Recent works include “EVANGELION” series, “MUSA,” “CASSHERN,” “BLEACH,” “Berserk,” “Shingeki no Kyojin (ATTACK ON TITAN),” and “Shin Godzilla.” He is currently active internationally with three bases in London, Paris, and Tokyo.
