ASBO Interactive is delighted to announce that Shred! 2 – ft Sam Pilgrim is available right now on Xbox One. Shred! 2 is the creation of Alex Johnson, a video game developer with a lifetime of mountain-biking and trail-building experience, it is a game in which every inch of trail will push players’ abilities to the absolute limit. Use the advanced trick system to bust out insane combos in over 40 hand crafted levels and take on more than 200 unique challenges
Lead Developer Alex Johnson at ASBO Interactive, states:
“Shred! 2 is our self-funded passion project, it’s been a blast to build and ride insane virtual stunts and work in conjunction with pro rider Sam Pilgrim.
Take real-world mountain bike experience, add the essence of extreme sport culture, spice it up with inspiration from the likes of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and you have the basic ingredients of Shred! 2. We think Shred! 2’s “pickup and play” simplicity will be ideal for a wide audience, and hope that it provides hours of adrenaline fueled entertainment”
Shred! 2 features the voice acting and likeness of Pilgrim, who also narrates the game’s launch trailer. Pilgrim was heavily involved in the project, and his distinctive riding style has been authentically captured in-game.
