<p>If you own the PlayStation 3 version of <em>Skyrim</em>, you know the sting of disappointment; whether it is from the performance issues or the unclear answers regarding the <em>Dawnguard</em> DLC. Don’t worry though, good news coming your way, patch 1.7 is finally being released for the PlayStation 3.</p>
<p>Bethesda Game Studios posted via their Twitter account that the “1.7 title update for Skyrim expected to release this Thurs. on…PS3 (N. America. PS3 (Europe) release next week.” The patch is already available for the Xbox and PC versions of the game.</p>
<p>Since the 1.6 patch never made it to the PS3, its contents will be included into the 1.7 update. PlayStation 3 gamers will finally be getting mounted combat as well as fixes for various known issues.</p>
