Nintendo Global President Satoru Iwata announced a new partnership deal with SEGA during today’s Nintendo Direct broadcast. The deal, which includes the newly announced Mario &; Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, came alongside the announcement of a brand new Sonic title that will be exclusive to Nintendo platforms.

Called Sonic Lost World, the game will be an action-platformer, with Iwata stating that more will be revealed at E3 2013 this June. We do, for the time being, have a screenshot from the game, which may be the world that Sonic and Co. will be playing on.
