Earlier today it was reported that The Last of Us Remastered may be releasing as early as next week, though if I were you I wouldn’t get my hopes up because it’s not happening. Sony provided IGN with a statement about the rumored release date.
“As we’ve announced, The Last of Us Remastered for PS4 will release this summer. An official release date, though, has not yet been announced for the game. The release date is not June 13th. We will keep you posted on an official release date.”
So where did all this come from exactly? Well it looks like it came from a UK retailer called “Game.” They stated numerous times that The Last of Us Remastered would be releasing on June 13
Naughty Dog recently stated that porting The Last of US to the PS4 has been hell, but we still expect to see a release of The Last of Us Remastered sometime this summer.
