For many, it was only a matter of time before Sony decided to bundle together that PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita. Well, the time has come for the people to (politely) say, ‘Called it.’
According to MVCUK, the company will create an Ultimate Bundle that contains both the PS4 and PS Vita, will a release set for before Christmas. A £2.5m TV campaign is also planned for the Vita, which aims to highlight the PS Vita compatability with the PS4 and it’s upcoming title Tearaway.
“We’re really excited for Vita as we move into Christmas,” senior product manager Ben Law said to MVC. “We’ve got a great campaign with key messaging around new releases like Tearaway, the ever-growing game catalogue and the Remote Play service.”
Pricing for the bundle has yet to be detailed, but if the bundle is supposed to come out before Christmas, this information should be announced soon. Meanwhile, check out an image of the bundle, courtesy of VideoGamer.com.
