Sony’s has just announced the lineup for their premium online service, Playstation Plus. Those who subscribe to the service will automatically have remote access to a library of previously released PS3 games, with 12 to start, adding at least 3 new games each month. Their plan is to hook subscribers up with a mixed bag of smaller Playstation Store games, combined with full retail releases. This is in addition to the features that subscribers already enjoy such as discounts, early and exclusive access, and exclusive video apps.

As of June 5th, Playstation Plus subscribers will have access to the following games:

Virtua Fighter 5

inFAMOUS 2

Little Big Planet 2

Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine

Just Cause 2

Saints Row 2

Lara Craft and the Guardian of Light

Hard Corp: Uprising

Choplifter HD

Sideway NY

Zombie Apocalypse Never Die Alone

Expect to see this instant library grow in the coming months. This is a great deal for any frequent PS3 gamers as the fee per month is far less than rental fees but you can maintain access to the games as long as you remain a subscriber.
