Quantic Dreams’ BEYOND: Two Souls got a new trailer today that revealed the addition of actor Willem Dafoe. Dafoe will star alongside Ellen Page as a government scientist named Nathan Dawkins, who works to analyse Jodie’s (Ellen Page) special powers. Dawkins and Jodie are said to form a bond that will result in many powerful scenes.
Additionally, a release date for BEYOND: Two Souls has finally been announced, as the game will launch on October 8th. With that information comes the ability to pre-order the game, so if you’ve been waiting for a chance to do so, here it is; complete with those pre-order goodies we’re all used to.
Pre-ordering the game from GameStop/EB Games will get you an exclusive 30-minute scene; the contents of which haven’t been detailed, but lets hope it’s something worthwhile. Meanwhile, pre-ordering from anywhere will automatically upgrade you to the special edition, which includes:
