Square Enix and People Can Fly Are Going to Make a Game Together

<p>People Can Fly are an exciting group of developers for AAA games &&num;8211&semi; with both <em>Bulletstorm <&sol;em>and the co-development of <em>Gears of War&colon; Judgement<&sol;em>&comma; they are fun&comma; vibrant names in the industry&period; So it isn&&num;8217&semi;t surprising that publishers would love to get into bed with them&period; Square Enix has announced today that they will be doing just that for a new original title made specifically for consoles and PC&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>There&&num;8217&semi;s very little about what the game is&comma; but Lee Singleton&comma; Head of Studio at Square Enix London&comma; stated that the team was &&num;8220&semi;<em>&&num;8230&semi;building a game we all want to play which will be the perfect addition to our portfolio&period;<&sol;em>&&num;8221&semi; Of course&comma; that&&num;8217&semi;ll be very interesting to see as People Can Fly has mainly focused on shooters&comma; while Square Enix has not been known primarily for their shooter catalogue&period; However&comma; it is possible a deal with PCF means an expansion in their catalogue&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Currently&comma; PCF is looking for more gameplay programmers&comma; an AI programmer&comma; and a VFX artist in order to expand its team&comma; presumably for this project&period; Square Enix also stated that this project will not be a part of their E3 2017 lineup&period; Are you excited for a new game from People Can Fly&quest; Does Square Enix&&num;8217&semi;s involvement make you more or less excited&quest; Let us know in the comments below&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&colon; Square Enix Press Release<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
