<p>The story of Styx the goblin will continue sometime next year. The sequel to <em>Styx: Master of Shadows, </em>titled <em>Styx: Shards Of Darkness</em>, and has been in development for 6 months already. Today, developer Cyanide Studio and publisher Focus Home Interactive have shared the <a href="http://www.styx-thegame.com/images-shardsofdarkness.html?_ga=1.92807637.996416541.1444820250" target="_blank">first screenshot</a> of the game, along with the a few details about the stealth sequel.</p>
<p><em>Styx: Shards Of Darkness</em> takes place after the first game; Following the fall of Akenash tower, Styx has to infiltrate a Dark Elf city called Körangar. New and improved game mechanics will help the player to achieve this when taking control of Styx, with corner grappling, rope climbing, and zip-wiring with Styx&#8217;s knife to name a few.</p>
<p>Running in Unreal Engine 4, <em>Styx: Shards of Darkness</em> is set to be released for PS4, Xbox One, and PC next year.</p>
