<p>The Wii U has been continued to struggle amidst poor sales figures and bad marketing. However, some of its software is doing quite well. In fact, Mario&#8217;s newest outing in <a class="zem_slink" title="Super Mario 3D Land" href="http://supermario3dland.nintendo.com" target="_blank" rel="homepage">Super Mario 3D</a> World has garnered the mustachioed hero&#8217;s newest game four nominations in the British Academy Game Awards. The categories it was nominated for are Best Game, Family, Multiplayer, and Music which sports a jazzy infused soundtrack composed by Mahito Yokota, Toru Minegishi, Yasuaki Iwata, and Koji Kondo.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the 3DS received a nomination for <a class="zem_slink" title="Animal Crossing: New Leaf" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_Crossing%3A_New_Leaf" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">Animal Crossing: New Leaf</a> in the Family slot. Hit games such as Fire Emblem: Awakening and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds surprisingly had no nominations to be found anywhere.</p>
