Hold onto your overalls Super Mario Maker fans, online services for the game are currently down.
According to a service alert posted on the official Super Mario Maker website, Nintendo is “currently carrying out maintenance to fix a bug that occurs in ‘Create’ mode.” The alert also assures fans that the online capabilities of the game will likely be restored by the evening of January 28. After the bug is hammered, you will be prompted to download and install the update, and then you can get back to playing and uploading your constructed Mario levels.
In the meantime, why not try and create levels of your own? Once the update comes, you can share your creations with the world, adding them to the pool of a million-plus levels that currently exist. Just please make sure they’re good.
