<p>Take-Two Interactive generated $366.4 million in revenue in the quarter ending June 30, up 142% from the same period last year. This resulted in a profit of $11.2 million.</p>
<p>The main drivers of growth were<em> Grand Theft Auto V</em> and<em> Borderlands: The Handsome Collection</em>. Sport titles <em>NBA 2K15</em> and <em>WWE 2K15</em> also contributed. Take-Two noted that digital content and DLC generated much more revenue this year than last year.</p>
<p>During it&#8217;s post-earnings conference call, the company revealed some impressive statistics: <em>Grand Theft Auto V</em> has sold over 54 million copies across PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. The <em>Civilization</em> series also hit a new milestone with 31 million units shipped, helped by last year&#8217;s <em>Civilization: Beyond Earth.</em></p>
<p>Over the next two quarters, Take-Two will release <em>NBA 2K16, WWE 2K16,</em> X<em>COM 2, </em>and the<em> Beyond Earth</em> expansion<em> Rising Tide.</em></p>
